In a 2018 survey lodged by the Global Banking & Finance Review, 68% would use wellbeing services if their employer provided them, with 74% believing that their “employer could do more to support the physical and mental wellbeing of employees”. With a rise in workplace-related stress, illnesses and mental health issues, 50% of working adults in the banking and financial service industries believe that businesses are not doing enough to support the physical and mental well being of their employees according to a new study.
