Incorporate Support are committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. This privacy notice describes how we collect and use personal information about you during and after your relationship with us, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

Incorporate Support is the “Data controller”. This means that we are responsible for deciding how to process personal information about you. We are required under the GDPR to notify you of the information contained in this privacy notice.

At Incorporate Support we hold Personal Identifiable Information (PII) which is used to identify you personally.

It is important that you read this notice, together with any other privacy notice we may provide on specific occasions when we are collecting or processing your personal information.

 

The type of Personal Identifiable Information we hold on you include(s):

  • Your full name – In order to contact you directly

  • Your contact details – Including email & telephone numbers to get in touch with you regarding bookings, enquiries and other information.

  • Your company details – So we have a record of the corporate institutions we trade with.

  • Client record form – Before chair massages are provided, it is compulsory to fill out the short form and sign it. These are retained by Incorporate Support, stored safely in accordance with the regulatory framework and guidelines and not shared.

What type of data do we collect?

 

We use your personal data in order to:

  • Administer enquiries

  • Adhere to bookings or booking requests

  • Manage and maintain information in relation to the di

  • Sending marketing communications by way of either (email, text, phone or post)

  • Comply 

How we use your personal data:

 

In order to conduct the service provided, we have to share your (PII) with our therapists. This is only so they are able to reach you. They will be given the contact name, address of the office or event and phone number in case they have any issues in getting to you.

Sharing of your Personal Identifiable Information:

 

Unless subject to an exemption under the GDPR, you have the following rights with respect to your personal information:

  • The right to request a copy of your personal data which incorporate Support holds about you;

  • The right to object to processing that is likely to cause or is causing damage or distress;

  • The right to prevent processing for direct marketing;

  • The right to object to decisions being taken by automated means;

  • The right in certain circumstances to have inaccurate personal data rectified, blocked, erased or destroyed; and

  • The right to claim compensation for damages caused by a breach of the Act.

If you would like to exercise any of your rights please contact the Incorporate Support Data Protection Officer in writing.

You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal information or exercise any of your other rights. However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request for access is clearly unfounded or excessive. Alternatively, we may refuse to comply with the request in such circumstances.

We may require specific information from you to assist us in confirming your identity and ensure your right to access the information. This is another appropriate security measure to ensure that personal information is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it.
