How many therapists will I need?
At Incorporate Support we are solely focused on giving you the most cost effective yet fulfilling experience possible. To understand how many therapists you will need, we will first estimate how many treatments you are likely to need. This can be taken from the number of people you have working in your office or attending your event.
We assume that massages last normally for 15 minutes, but we can cater for up to 45 minutes accordingly. Let’s say you have 40 people at your company, we can bring two therapists in for 5 hours at 15 minutes per massage.
How will our employees/guests book their appointments?
In a Corporate environment we encourage employers to get their staff to book in first thing on the day(s) we come to your offices. A popular choice is our spreadsheet outlining the time slots available saved on the companies shared area where it is accessible and easily updated by all. Simply enter your name with the time that suits you and make sure to arrive on-time to the designated space and therapist.
For smaller businesses and events we recommend a paper scheduling sheet which we can provide. Simply sign up on the day and put your name next to the time suitable, making sure to turn up on time and ready for you massage!
What about during conferences?
For these types of events we believe that it is best to have no booking system as people are simply coming and going as they choose. These massages will usually be 10 minutes each, so it’s not long for people to wait to be seated.
Does everyone have to fill out a safety form?
Yes, to ensure the safety of all involved we require that each person involved in the service reads our terms and conditions and lets us know if they have any pre-existing conditions. Subject to preference we can send copies of these beforehand to fill out to save time on the day. Additionally a signature will be required before every massage to acknowledge that the guest is fit and able to receive the service to avoid disappointment on the day. The form is a mandatory requirement of all certified insurances companies and to ensure that our therapists are fully covered.
What equipment is used and how much space will be required?
At Incorporate Support we aspire to be the best using only top of the range equipment, for a relaxing, reinvigorating and rewarding experience. We use state of the art ergonomic chairs for maximum comfort, diffusers with essential oils for relaxation, combined with calm soothing background music via speaker (optional).
Hygiene and cleanliness is one of our biggest objectives, we apply disposable face cradle covers for each new client, with the chairs constantly being cleaned with hospital- grade anti-bacterial during transition periods between clients.
A small space is simply needed. We recommend letting us take over an enclosed spare office room for ultimate quietness and relaxation, although we are completely flexible and able to setup accordingly in any small area you deem suitable.
