This website is operated by Incorporate Support. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Incorporate Support. Incorporate Support offers this website, including all information, massage tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting Incorporate Support you are engaging in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

We act as an agent for our therapists. We are therefore contracting with you to provide the service required and it is understood that our therapists contract to work through Incorporate Support to provide their services for you as an end client. We are able to substitute the contract with another Incorporate Support therapist, if one of our therapists are unable to perform the service agreed upon.

These terms and conditions are accepted by You as an agreed client of services supplied to you by Incorporate Support.

Any new services or products which are added to the current website shall also be subject to the Terms and conditions. You can review the most current version of the Terms and conditions any time on this page. We at Incorporate Support reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and conditions by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility as the customer to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Overview

 

You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your comments will not contain unlawful, abusive or obscene material.

You may only use accurate e-mail address, and ensure all information provided to us is authentic. You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any comments posted by you or any third-party.

Users comments and reviews:

 

Prior to each on site massage our therapists will ask if you have been visited by us before. If it is the receivers first time having a chair massage with Incorporate Support, they will need to fill out and sign the onsite massage therapy policy. In doing so they are agreeing that they have read the information, understand it and will comply with these policies and procedures.

Consent by the receiver:

 

Unless agreed otherwise, payment is required within 14 days of the date of Invoice.  

For Events, Wellness and Incentive Programmes we ask 72 hours notice if rescheduling, modifying or cancelling your appointment. (Not Including Weekends)

If you fail to cancel or modify your appointment prior to the 72 hour notice period for your onsite massage you will be charged - A 50% fee if between 24-72 Hours. Anything less than 24 Hours notice you will be charged the whole fee with no refund.

Billing and Account Information:

 

If the service performed by the Therapist is not to a good standard or the Therapist displays unacceptable behaviour, you as the client will in the first instance, be required to make contact with us within 24 hours by phone or email of the finding and discuss the issue and the appropriate steps will be undertaken.

If all parties included agree that the Therapist’s work is unsatisfactory then we at Incorporate Support will use all reasonable efforts to replace the Therapist with another with appropriate action undertaken.

Personal Information:

 

All of the Incorporate Support Therapists are all fully trained and licensed professionals and are selected to perform to the highest of standards.

Massage Therapy is a profession in which the practitioner applies specific techniques and may apply adjunctive therapies with the intention of creating a positive affect on the health and well being of the client receiving the service.

Our Therapists do not diagnose or prescribe for medical conditions nor are they allowed to provide specific treatment for certain conditions without a doctors supervision.

Scope of Practice:

 

Our Therapists are happy to adjust pressure, volume of music or work longer on specific areas if the client requests this.

Clients are allowed to refuse any onsite massage methods, stop massage at any particular point and are free to leave. 

Request for sexual activity will not be tolerated and the client will not be rescheduled if this occurs and it will be reported to the relevant organisation.

The discussion between the Incorporate Support therapist and the client is confidential. The client may or may not choose to talk during the onsite massage. Our Therapists are happy to listen to your conversation and share their professional expertise but prefer not to discuss topics of a political, private or sexual nature.
